Eligibility for pharmacy credit is contingent upon the successful completion of a post-test and/or evaluation for each activity or session attended.

Law enforcement officers attending this training should consult their individual command staff or training section prior to attending to inquire whether the training will be credited by their employing agency.

Ms. Conforti will review the grievance and respond within 30 days of receiving the complaint. To be eligible for documentation of credit, participants must attend the educational activity and complete the evaluation form. After successful completion of the evaluation form online, participants may immediately print their documentation of credit.
